REGARDING COVID-19:

Dear Customers and Service Partners,

 As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to have a greater impact on our community, the health of our customers and our team are our top priority. 

We are monitoring this situation daily and are actively working with our technicians to ensure we all have the most up to date information regarding how we can best protect the health of our customers and the guidelines specifically set up to protect our plumbing and construction team. We are following the guidelines of the Center for Disease Control (CDC), and our State and local authorities. 

Service to our customers is very important to the health and safety of our community. In fact, the President and U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) have issued a Corona Guidance for America, identifying plumbers and other tradespeople as “essential critical infrastructure workers” as the nation responds to the threat of Covid-19. As we work to keep our community safe, these are the guidelines we are committed to follow: 

• With the heightened threat of COVID 19, we are requiring our technicians to increase the frequency of hand washing for at least 20 seconds with soap and water and/or the of use hand sanitizer. 

• Our technicians will wear gloves and proper PPE as appropriate. 

• Our technicians will maintain a safe distance from others. They have been instructed to not greet you with a handshake or have you sign any paperwork for this time only.

• We will maintain a clean work environment at work and in customer’s homes by cleaning and disinfecting tools and work surfaces as much as possible. 

Here at Walker Tradesman, we are taking the Corona Virus exceptionally serious. In accordance with the CDC, all our dedicated team members have been instructed to monitor their own health closely and to not report to work if they are not feeling well to avoid spreading any illness. 

As we partner together, we would ask that you please let us know of any illness in your home or if you think you have been infected or exposed to the Corona Virus, so we can take necessary precautions. We may have to postpone your appointment or perhaps it is something we can take care of from outside your home. Also, please let our technician know if there are any specific instructions or restrictions before they begin. 

We are in this together, and we want to do our very best to keep your family and our employees healthy and happy.
